Overview
We design each MCC around your motor list. Every feeder is sized for its motor's kW rating and starting method, with Type 2 coordination between the breaker, contactor and overload relay so a fault on one motor doesn't damage the starter.
Modules can be fixed, plug-in or fully drawout. Drawout MCCs let you pull out a faulty starter and replace it with a spare in minutes without shutting down the rest of the board, which matters on process lines that can't stop.

Built and tested in-house
We cut, bend, weld and powder-coat the enclosures in our own workshop, then assemble and wire every panel to drawings you approve before fabrication starts. Before dispatch each panel goes through high-voltage, insulation resistance and functional tests, and your team is welcome to witness them.
Frequently asked questions
When should I choose a drawout MCC over a fixed one?
Choose drawout when downtime is expensive. A faulty module can be withdrawn and a spare plugged in without switching off the rest of the MCC. Fixed MCCs cost less and suit plants where planned shutdowns are acceptable.
What is Type 2 coordination?
Under IEC 60947-4-1, Type 2 coordination means that after a short circuit the starter is still fit for further use, apart from possible light welding of contactor contacts. It limits damage and repair time on each feeder.
Can VFDs and soft starters go in the same MCC?
Yes. We place drives in dedicated sections with ventilation sized for their losses, and add line reactors or filters where harmonics need to be controlled.
Do you wire the MCC to our PLC?
We bring start, stop, run, trip and remote/local signals to terminals marked for your PLC, or provide communication-enabled feeders on Modbus or Profibus.
